Once an order is confirmed, an email will be sent with the order confirmation details and transaction reference number on the registered email address within the next 24 hours at the latest.
Packages are generally dispatched within 1-2 days after confirmation and are shipped as drop-off without signature. If you prefer delivery by Express Delivery Same Day or Next Day in Ajman ,Dubai or Sharjah in the UAE - we can arrange that at an additional charge. So please contact us before choosing this method.
We are open for enquiries throughout the week, however orders are not shipped out on Sunday. Any order placed between 12 Noon on Saturday and 10 AM on Monday will be considered for dispatch in same day.
Shipping fees include handling and packing fees, as well as VAT. We advise you to group your items in one order. We cannot group two distinct orders placed separately, and shipping fees will apply to each of them. Please keep the proof of delivery receipt signed/confirmed by the registered customer.
Note:
Since we use 3rd party logistics, assembly of the products in an order is not included with delivery.
We offer an Assembly, Set-up/Tuning and Basic Operation Training service at an additional charge.
Free Delivery
We offer free delivery for selected products . and a product without free delivery then delivery charge may apply. You may need to show valid documents (Emirates ID or Passport) and email copy of your proof of purchase upon delivery. You can also opt for Self Collection from one of our locations without any charges.
Express Delivery
Express Delivery is offered for orders to be delivered in the UAE only. Express delivery orders placed before 12 noon will usually be delivered by the same day in Dubai, and next day in other Emirates. Customers may expect express delivery orders to reach them in maximum 48 hours. We take no guarantees for delays in express delivery due to unforeseen circumstances. We may cancel an express delivery order at our discretion and offer a refund of the express delivery charges at any time. Note we provide Express Delivery to other Emirates.
